The Group and Family-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Program is an evidence-based treatment that aims to facilitate psychosocial recovery, decrease symptoms, and prevent psychosis in youth at risk. This application teaches cognitive therapy skills and is offered to young people and their families to help with concerns such as:

  • Worrying that other people are watching you

  • Becoming more socially isolated

  • Feeling confused about what is real and imaginary

  • Holding beliefs that other people find unusual
